all i got for now is the old DT250...gonna use it as a road bike this summer with any luck. if I get real lucky i'll have a 250R by then for the off road stuff....hehe

CT racing actually makes a pipe for this swap. It is designed to fit the 87-90 250 frames, but will fit the 91-92 frames with mods to the silencer. The Zilla is fun to ride, I haven't been beat by a 4-poke yet. Winter project is to have the cylinder ported, I just have to decide who to send it to.

ZillaDude - You might want to get with "Banshee" (Site Admin) about your 250 frame/500 motor. He was talking about doing that exact project just the other day and posting the progress on this site. We need someone with the experience to spread the knowledge.

yeah i was a blaster owner for about 6 years. a blaster with a pipe, some porting, and a miled head can really rip. thats all i had done to mine. it woldn;t beat 400ecs or anything but in the trails i could keep right up and in the dunes i was neck and neck with them. just lost prety bad in drags on dirt. but yeah i'd still own a blaster if i wasn't 6'2". but then agian i love my banshees
