Twist throttle or thumb throttle?

there is a kit to do both twist and thumb saw it in one of those lousy mags maybe quad mag there is a product evaluation i think in this months publication

You guessed it, a two in one throttle. Thumb & Twist and you can switch it back n' forth by a simply click on a button!!!!
I saw that & reminded me of this thread. I asked for web info but it's not up yet.
