Default Porting spec. What do you thing

My engine: banshee 58mm stroke per 64,5 mm bore


Port spec

48 mm wide exhaust port

204* duration exhaust
134* duration transfert

transfert open at 113*
exhaust open at 78*


what do you think about that?

wit h it being 4mill yo u can get away with those high numbers but yo ubetter have a drga pipe and lots o f compression ,not going ot have much lowend torque for a 4mill with those numbers ...more of a drag setup

well you cant always go by durations, but IMO those numbers sound a little bit steep for me. I would have aimed for like 195-198 on the exhaust and around 130 on the transfers.

I run RDZ oof small bore drag pipe

It's a drag bike

I run on alky and my compression it's approx 200psi

my engine rev about 10400 rpm

Alky might not like that much compression. How much timing are you running?

+7 actually, but i tested it at +10 and i think it's better at +7

what do you think about that?

you think 200 psi it's to much for alky? how many do you recommend?
