Default how the hell do i?

Just a couple of questions, yes i know i have been asking alot lately but im very intrested in this kinda stuff.

first of all how the hell do i calculate the compression ratio of my engine, its an rm 125.

second if i wanted a small increase in the compression ratio by how much would i mill the head down? preferably in metric.

ive got access to all the tools i need to do this, im just not keen on going like a bull at a gate without knowing what im doing.

ANY help would be greatly appreciated!
