| thats just the wand though ...excellent stuff but you still need a $$$ motor and pedal drive thats not practical for you its too expensive for porting just one jug ,for just a play port theres better options hell even a dremel wit ha wand and right angle attachment will do most of what you want i n a 250 barrel

| i used a pencil grinder to clean up some of the ports on my brothers BW80..... when porting.... what are you trying to do exactly? i mean, i know i will proly never acheive what you could do at flotek.... but just to add a little power to an old beater 80 cc dirtbike... i was just guesing, but i figured removing a few "creases" in the casting, and trying to make it as smooth as posible, and slightly opening the ports, then that would be ok? i duno? i was just experimenting! |

| remember less is more clean up al l the casting flaws and usually its okay to widen the intake and exhaust slightly as well as raise the ports some blend everything so theres no mismatch lips eddies or castings overpour creases

| where can I get a 90 degree head and wand for my dremel? I would have done that long ago if I knew that They made a small 90 degree tool for the dremel, because I own one but it goes straight onto the actual tool and not the small flex shaft. Its not nessicarily for just my 250, I'd like to clean up a few ports on our bikes and I wouldnt mind playing with a few cylinders some day. Porting just intrests me. and oh yeah I knew that was just the attachments and heads, I was going to buy the motor they show in the picture.

| Amazon.com: Dremel 575D Right Angle Attachment: Home Improvement is this what you meant? if so I already bought one and it will fit but with certain tips it wont fit into the cylinder. Plus its just really damn big and bulky to move around even when you can get it to fit. is there anyother option? like a right angle grinder for an air compresser or something?
