FLOTEK trail porting.

well its been a while since ive been on here, just a little pop in from time to time. ive run into some issues that has caused me to back out of the quadfest trip, im gonna miss out on meeting some nice people, but hopefully next time. i did ,however, take a break from everything and go out to a riding spot last weekend and put my flotek ported banshee to a real world test for the first time. when i got there it was a few 450's and some 700 rapters out there on the 500ft drags cleaning up on some of the other four pokers, wich gave them some ego issues. well, one of them was cocky enough because he was beating everybody else that he would pull up to the line and just sit there, waiting for another victim, well after seeing this i figured it was time to stomp on his ego just a little. i was the only 2-stroke to show up. he turned around and seen me pull up beside him and he had a look of confidence on his face ( that didnt last long ). needless to say he recieved one serious ASS whoopin, he wanted to race agian because he just couldnt believe the little 350 just waxed his ass, so i give him and the rest of his buddies an open invitation to get em some, and they tried and would you believe that just quit racing. hahahaha it was funny, they all set around with thier tails tucked between thier legs. they told me that they knew my stuff wasn't stock so it wasnt a fair fight, well their shit wasnt stock either, seemed fair to me! the moral of my story is, is that Denny's trail port makes some awesome power through out the entire power band, iv'e said it before and gonna say it agian......................Denny, you da man!!!!!!!!

Wow great story, i love doing the same shit, only i got a cub and it's almosy not fair, glad you had fun cause thats what it's all about. I have never had the pleasure of riding a Flotek ported Banshee but he did my 250 and it rips, so i can just imagine a banshee.

i love hearing stories like this, makes me really excited about getting my engine ported by denny, carbs on its way right now and porting is coming as soon as i can afford it, which will probably be in about a month and a half

I really need to get my Shee ported. I think a decent port job is all I really need to be happy for awhile.

wel l dont forget to give yourself some credit too ,if yo u cant ride... or the rest of the setup sucks it wont really matter how much power the engine makes but yeah that does my heart good to hear a story like that agaisnt the arrogant type four chokes ,ya know thats a a huge part of why i like to make engines faster for people the extra money helps but the sense of accomplishment is a great feeling to know i made a hobbie more enjoyable to a person and they look at their machine i na different way ,thanks for posting that scott and we will surely be riding with you in spirit this year but there will be many pics and vids posted and also remember that next years quadfest is only 390 days away so dont get too discouraged bud

yea ill be counting down them 390 days im super pissed that i cant make it, but ya know, life happens. but to let everyone know that power was thru the stock carbs and the T6's with stock timing. wish i coulda plugged the FLOTEK name for ya Denny but i dont think it would have mattered,cause those guys wouldnt understand what i would have been talkin about.
