| posted this in the quadracer forum, but its not really quad specific so i thought i would post it here too ok so if i understand this correctly If i go (according to the manual) above 5000 feet i will run richer, and should go down a size or 2. But if I remove the air filter box, it will make my bike run leaner. Soo, If I remove my airfilter box cover when I go above 5000 feet, would that be enough to compensate? Just a theory im working on the understand this |

| i wouldn't recomend removing the airbox unless you put a filter over the intake...

| yeah, i was just thinking about different senarios dial a jet sells a thing called the tpi valve which is an adjustable opening for you airbox with a filter |
