 selling my quadracer this guy in the united kingdom is buying it how it sits needing a topend and the rear brakes put on for 1600$ then hes paying for the shipping and hooking me up with a carrier that will come pick it up and everything and i wont have to pay for shipping, then hes compensating me 100$ to go thru a shipping company and not him...do you guys think its worth it?

| just make sure the CASH is in your hand before that bike leaves the garage. i have had some guy send us a check for way more than what he was purchasing. check wasnt any good. just make sure everything has gone through and approved by bank. sell it... i love to wheel and deal.

| Like Nelson said, get that cash before you release! But how do you sign an agreement on they buy/sell? Do you type up a document or something? But yeah, worth it to me!

| sounds like one of those scams common to craigslist.. they send you some BS check or some other BS form of money that you will never see and they have someone come get it and everything.. so like everyone said.. make sure to get the money...

| don't do it man, even if you get cash in your hand... the bank will eventually figure out that the check wasn't legit then they come after you for the money... the guy probably isn't even in the UK he's probably in some internet den in africa some were like nigeria, that where a ton of those scammers are... look up phishing scams on google... make this guy send you a check then look at it... they look legit, some banks will even accept them... i spend a lot of time screwing around with scammers... they are always sending me crap, then i say the bank wouldn't take it and they say stuff like they are sure there must be a mistake or something....
