You say the KTM 525 is no slouch?
I honestly find that a joke. At our 500ft dirt track a guy came up with a brand new outlaw 525 with white bro's pipes and he got killed by all the 450's. I beat him in practice runs by like 8 lengths.

lol ok late me clarify, the KTM 525 engine is no slouch, when thrown in the heavy ass poo chassis, and detuned to poo's specs it's a slouch. if you took the engine out of the KTM bikes like they should have you'd have a whole different monster on your hands. poo needs to pull their heads out of their asses. and get real.

yes, I have rode the KTM 525 dirt bike. no joke of a bike. but the engine they put in the outlaw is a very detuned motor. It seriously doesnt even feel as fast as my Craptor 660r and thats sad becuase my Craptor feels like a moped comared to my little ole' Lt250r

i'd like to see how KTM's 525 ATV they just released does, they shaved a S&^% load of weight off that. it's 100 lbs heavier then it's dirtbike counterpart.

i hate VS. threads there pointless just ride and have fun and smoke people's ass while doing it. don't worry about weather your bike is faster then your friends quad just race and find out.

The kTM 525 bikes are very fast... But the polaris 525 outlaw has no chance against a 250cc 2-stroke dirtbike.... If you get beat before you top out in high gear then something is seriously wrong with you or your bike... APPLES to ORANGES.....

just go and buy a cr500 kx500 and you wont have to do anything to it and will smoke 90 percent of everone or that atk 700 or whatever it was
