Just ask evil I have talked to him a couple times but will not tell him much as far as my porting goes....But I'll bullshit about any thing else..Asking a Person that does this for a living is like asking a Chef whats in his secret sauce, OR a Nascar team asking another team about their set up. Its just wrong..... Now I have seen allot of port work from other builders but never stole their designs. This business is not about copying others its about trying to out do others with your own knowledge and experiance....

Yeah exactly they are not going to tell what their specs are. To tell you the truth I like the hell out of Larry at FTZ and I do all my machine work buisness with them but I have not ever seen anything with their name on it run that good. I know of a couple of their motors around here that have a real nice powerband and make good power, but for example, one is a banshee, the guy's cousin came to me and i ported his bike. He doesnt even have the head modified at all and is only carring about 115lbs of compression and it walks the FTZ motor. If you have your mind set on going with a big builder though I would most likely send a LT to them instead of the others

You think I dont know what they use come on. Im on a first name basis with FTZ and you are telling me what they do. Have you ever actually seen one of their LT's run? I mean every company is going to say we built a badass motor for that, you believe everything you read. FTZ is way too conservative to build a real fast motor on a strip, not that Jon or Dennis can't but they dont. In fact I have heard that all their drag specs come from another company called K&T, but that could be BS. I think their LT would outrun a LRD or a PTR or CT, but they are too conservative to be the fastest.
