First over all

We'll the Michael's MotorSports crew started a new venture in racing today. I'm very Flat Track Oriented but a couple of the racers wanted to try Hair Scrambles. So off we went. It took all day Sat to get the Quads ready. We set my raptor up for the race with new Long travel A arms and and Elka's Triples and the motor was fresh727 with a new Edelbrock carb Megacycle cam and LTE exhaust.

Ya I know its a 4Poke but I ain't beating the shiot out of my R. We also Set up a blaster for this race to so there you go a 2 stroke. Both riders were entered in to the 300 class (novice ) neither one raced a Scramble before. and who the hell new we would do so good With a staggered start the 300 class started a minute behind the 100 . In the first lap we had 1st and 5th over all with 29 riders in all three classes The raptor had the lead and Mike held it the whole way through the 1 hour beating finishing 47 seconds ahead of the 2nd Place GasGas 450 witch also was a 300 class rider the Blaster didn't fair so well he finished 18 th and 3rd in the 300 class but his was a Stock bore stroked motor nothing fancy. Not a lot of porting but it will next race in two weeks along with a 240 top end.this series will run every two weeks till the 4th of july . THis is all I need one more damn race series to keep up with...

But all in all I am very proud of the riders and the performance of both Quads. But it just wasn't the same as the Old Flat track.
