I think i want to buy that moto-4 back from the kid and have the engine fixed so i can do a harescramble. It sounds like fun, hell if the thing dies then ill leave it there. I was riding my snowmobile on the gas pipeline today and found what looked like a old toyota pickup or maybe a ford ranger. Theres 4 sets of chains on the tires, anyone want some chains for cheap ill go grab them? The things been there for at least a month because its frozen to the ground and our first big snowfall was awhile ago and this was there before that.

I wouldn't not try it, just get some heavy duty rims and tires. I think ITP has some 6 ply tires, holeshot hd. its a lot of fun, the risks are higher but you don't have to go all out. just watch out for them trees. They got me every time.

Ive raced MX for years and last year I tried a couple harescrambles. The first race I thought hell Im in enough shape to haul ass for 5 laps, Ill be all good. Wrong! I wore myself out, if your gonna do one you have to pace yourself. They are very tough, thats what makes them fun, cause its a challenge. Ya never know what mother nature is fixin to throw at ya. You will wear stuff out and beat them up yeah, but your gonna do that with most racing, or if you ride like i like to ride your beating it up every time your on it. The shee might not be the best choice for them but who cares you can have fun on anything. I would suggest if you do try one to buy a camelbak if you dont have one already, they really help, you get pretty thirsty in that hour.
