my brothers esr 310 250r beat a piped rapterd by over 20 lengths this weekend mine broke the masterlink in the morning so i didnt get to run him theres nothing like smokeing a big mouthed 4 poke rider i love how cocky they get before you run them i have beat all the new 4 strokes so far i raced on the trx250r's but my lt runs about dead even with them mostly stock and wins in most cases thats the yfz and honda 450

You beat stock YFZs and 450Rs with your LT? On what types of surface and by how big of a distance?

the surface was dirt and when i win on the lt its by maybe 1/2 to 1 quad length and when i lose about the same they were almost dead even mine did have a 1 tooth smaller than stock countershaft spocket on for the 22 inch tires and both the yfz and honda riders said they thought i would have beat them easy with the larger sproket they were very cool about it and we rode together most of the day then

Smells like BS.... not with a stock LT especially not the 450R by honda dont care what gearing your running.

You might as well say you can beat a stock banshee on the LT as well.

I'm sure it's possible to beat a YFZ450, 450R, or even a Banshee with a stock LT if the rider on the other quad sucks. I've stayed right with a stock 2003 Banshee on my stock LT. I definitely lost, but it wasn't by as much as you might think. It was something like 3-5 quad lengths in a drag race that was over 100 yards. Piped Banshees are a completely different story. My stock LT wont hold a candle to them. I haven't raced a 450 yet, but they obviously have a traction advantage in the dirt. That's the main reason I asked what surface onefast90lt250r raced on.

deir wolf i tell you this not all drags are = weight and skill play factors but my lt has beat piped banshees and yfz and honda 450s puling out in second is something most people dont do and i had a weight advantage and bring your piped banshee to my 250r s dinner table any time you want your gonna get smoked and my lt has only the mods listed below

Well he is right, you have obvioulsy never ridden a 450R. Stock 250's are nothing impressive at all. And for the record I think most people do pull out in second gear. Most I know anyway.

im not saying that stock lt 's are fast but with the mods i have it has beat a piped banshee and both the yfz and 450r but its also been beaten and the 2 450s i beat were completly stock and the banshee had fmf pipes now my 250r honda has beat piped 450s fairly easy but its way faster than the lt and i was a lighter than some of the others that may be y i won i did ride a yfz and it did feel faster but im just stating what has been my experiance. and in my riding area a fair number of people do not pull out in second

oh i wish i lived in PA for a challenge like that...

the funny part is that the banshee you wanna race is only piped but you have a big bore, porting, pipe.... haha i tell ya what.. i know FOR SURE my ported piped banshee will eat alot of R's for breakfast...... there are some damn fast 310R's out there.. hell your running a FMF pipe hahaha
