a tire spoon and some lube

If they are a 9 or 10" rim, and you know someone that has a shop, then you can use a tire machine. If not, a little trick to break the tire off of the bead, put it on the ground and drive over the tire part slowly with a car or truck to break the bead. then use tie spoons or big screwdrivers.
