 Wheel lacing from ZERO
Evening all,
I have tried to spare you all with this question by searching these forums a bunch but to no avail. My sons friend has brought me two 2004 KX 250 hubs with brand new rims and spokes he would like for me to assemble for him. I have trued 3 to 4 wheels in my time with some crazy things I've rigged over the years. Time and patience always prevailed. Only this time I have no pictures or assembled wheel to copy from or know what the offset was if any. I can retrue a wheel no problem if all the spokes are where they are supposed to be so I can see from the start. Is there any place I can get info for offset and lace pattern ie inner coarse drive side is short and out er is long. Anything is better than what I have to start with now. Or if someone has a 04 KX maybe they would be as so kind to take a few measurements. I am not making a dime, I just help my sons friends out when they need it. Most kids don't have $300.00 dollars laying around. Thanks all for your help.
