they both work great ,the 3 series are easier ot get new petals for and dont use screws ,some guys like the idea of screwed in petals though and not a flimsy snap in design like the 3 version

I have the CR boot and VF3, best setup I have used so far. CR has smaller cross sectional area and is shorter for higher velocity and less pressure drop. It gives faster response. It is kinda tough to fit in the frame though.
