| up....sorry to highjack this thread for a sec.....but i ordered motion pro twist kit for my banshee a year ago or so....got it home and tried to put it on my banshee.....i couldnt figure out how the hell to link the two cables off of the carbuerator into the housiong, with the conecting washer..... i think i could possibly be missing a piece...i tried and tried and couldnt get it...it didnt come with directions, and im not sure if i have all the pieces.... do you know how the litle aluminum connectiing washer with the 4 holes drilled into it connects the 2 cables to the one? i know it sounds stupid, but i gota be missing a piece! |

| i will have to take a pic...there is this aluminum tube. its got 1 hole in one end, and two holes in the opposite end....... two cords go in the one side from the carbs, and one goes in the opposite side from the throttle....the kit came with this little aluminum washer, aproximately 7/16" klong, and 1/4 on the OD. the washer has four holes driled in it....i believe i am supposed to use this washer to go from two chords to one chord...but i cant figure out how to connect it?.......yes, i still have tors... |

| it comes with the cable for no tors and the twist part.

| haha...yea...i know...the side with the two holes screws off...you thread the one end all the way through, then use this washer to hook the two to one... slide the cape all the way down the two chords and back onto the spliter...thread it on and go...my problem is... i think i might be missing a piece... the washer has two "channels on eather side to allow for the two cords from the carb. but it the opposit dirrection, there is simply a hole in the middle of it...i dont know hoe to hook the cable up to the twist side. the metal ball on the end on the cable moves through this hole freely....i cant figure out how iit connects to the washer? i mean, i guess i could thread the single side through, and stick small zip tie around the little ball. that would make the outside diameter of the ziptie, large enough to catch the "inside diameter thru whole" on the washer....but i dont realy want to getto rig my throttle?...haha... |
