Default Possible "part out" of new Parts (yes sounds weird)

Ok a guy I work with was gathering parts to build a pretty sick bike but now he has hit some financial trouble and was talking to me about buying some parts from him. I have limited cash right now so I cant buy much and wanted to see if anyone here might be interested in anything.

This is not a done deal yet he may keep some stuff or change his mind but I want to get an idea what you might want and what you would be willing to pay for it so I can let him know.

Sorry, this started in the 250r forum......so 250r.

in search of a nice 86 lt motor and swingarm, may be interested in the clutch and a-arms as well but as of right now just need the motor and swing.
