im trying to sell my blaster that ive put together pretty much from the frame up. it has almost everything aftermarket that you could put on it and is set up right now as a nice trail bike/ or mx bike if you change the wheels and tires and widen it out. heres a list of the mods:

engine: flotek trail/play ported oem cylinder with triple exhaust/boyseen dual intake, milled stock head making 165psi compression, vito's 3 mil stroker crank, barnett clutch kit with hd springs, flotek lightended flywheel/modded shift star/modded stator plate for advanced timing, power pros pipe with custom cr125 silencer, boyseen dual stage reeds (stock cage), 35mm airstryker carb.

frame/suspension/body: a 2001 frame, +2+1 burgard a-arms, yamaha yfz450 spindles and hubs with banshee hydrualic front brakes, works dual rate front shocks with rezzies, stainless steel braided front brake lines, "the swingarm shop" +3 swingarm, gforce axle, honda 250r airbox and intake, custom axis rear shock, 03+ blaster rear brake setup, razar's on stock gold banshee rims in rear, and douglas aluminum rims with holeshots in front, stock fenders (cut fronts) and aftermarket 4 gallon gastank with project blaster graphics.

my asking price is $2400, and if I can get that much from it I will include all off the extra stock parts that I have with it, like a-arms, swingarm, axle, gas tank, etc. its mainly for sale locally, so theres not any chance that I would mess with shipping it or anything.

yea im still loosing money on it even if I did sell it for 2400$, which I doubt I will ever get from from it. about the lowest I can afford to take for it is 2000$.

yea it would make someone a really nice bike if they are in the market for a blaster. ive thought a few times about parting it out, I know I could probably get a pretty good chunk of my money I put into it back. but that would just be way to much time and work to do, and plus its pretty much got all the aftermarket parts that the majority of people put on their bikes, so its ready go and needs nothing. its a great running blaster, starts 1st kick pretty much every time, has very nice throttle response and power, and is setup for pump gas (about 160psi compression). pretty much a fresh motor top and bottom end with, I'd guess about 10 hrs at the very most on it. reason im selling is to get some extra money to buy me a street bike and also I just dont need 2 quads. although it has come in handy on more than one occasion as a spare bike for a ride trip.

well I live sorta on a secondary/backroad with not alot of traffic (that would be interested in a fourwheeler that I know of). ive took it with me to work and asked alot of people but nobody is interested in a blaster. im guessing it may be the crazy gas prices this year that most people cant afford/dont need a bike to ride for fun or whatever. and plus the 2 strokes around here are getting pretty thin in numbers. I may just take it to this local bike dealer/mechanic and let him try to sell it for me. it can stay there for free as long as it takes untill it sells and then he gets $100 for selling it.

and not sure yet on another project bike. yea a banshee would be fun if I found a cheap one, would probably build it into a basic 300ft dirt dragger but it would be a pain going and racing it this year as high as gas prices are. I actually have a 250r frame that I won on ebay for 80$ that Im working on fixing up. If I found another motor or bottom end I would almost have all the parts to slap together another 250r.
