| this is the hillbilly way. but i bought a brass bushing that fits the 400ex's shock bolt. chris filed it down on the outside by sticking on a drill press and ground it down with a file and made a new sleeve with it. or you could just go buy a new sleeve. |

| what about a 250r shock? is it about the same as the 400ex shock? I know like the main difference is the R shock has the remote rezzy and the ex shock has the rezzy on the shock itself
