deffinantly shorter quite a bit shorter i orderd a set of warrior shock covers on accident for my 250r and they were like 2 or 3 inches shorter had to sent them back and the 250r shocks used the same shock covers as a banshee so the warriors are shorter

Definetly let us know how they fit and work. You mentioned they are already set up for your size so I'm curious how they perform.

ok... i will let you guys know..... i checked the dry weight of the warrior, and it is 397 pounds. and the kid who rode them weighd 195. i wiegh 215, but the banshee wieghs 380. so the wieght will be withen a few pounds.... wow? i hope they arent "way shorter"...i hope they work.... from the information i got on the net.... warrior shocks are 15 1/4'.....and banshee shocks are 15 7/16'........ so thats not that much of a difference, if the information was correct.....

awhile back someone posted a thread called, painting shocks? or something like that, about blaster shocks????... i was trying to explain how its done, because i have refurbished a few of them.......... but i think i made it sound too confuesing and they were leaning towards purchasing new ones. i was totaly against this! hahahahaah...its realy easy..... and its sooooooo much cheaper and so easy to take them apart and clean up and paint them. something was lost in translation???...... i am planning on tearing these ones apart, cleaning, blasting the springs, then painting them. then im gona buff and polish the shock itself.... they were realy gross from years of wear and tear..... if this interests you? or if that guy is reading this thread, and i could possibly persued you to try it yourself....then let me know! say the word and i will start a "how to thread" on refurbishing a shocks! anyone could do it, and everyone should!

It all depends on what brand of shock covers you order. The brand I ordered for my old warrior only covered like 3/4 of the shock, and they were for the banshee/warrior/raptor

They fit. Guessing about 1-1/4" shorter. Drops the front end by about 3" and widens it close to 1". Never tried it........ Also guessing the bolt hole diameter is identical as is the width of the eyelets. Worse case scenario, you'll have to grind a bit off the width of the eyelets. Just like yfz450 shocks on a Shee. I had a Warrior, now I have a Shee.....pretty sure the "memory" is still workin and they will bolt right up! The ones you are looking at, being aftermarket they might be a little longer than stock Warrior shocks too.

so, what your saying is that you think the warrior shocks could be 1 1/4" shorter?

ok guys....... the shocks just arrived in the mail! and to answer my own question! yes! warrior shocks do fit on a banshee....the works, warrior shocks measure 14 3/4" eye to eye..... they fit perfectly and ar comfy as hell! like im riding on clouds! haha..the banshee and the warrior are only like ten pounds difference in wieght.... i saved a ton of money buying these shocks, then if i had bought some works shocks for a banshee! i got a hell of a deal! im gona go out in the garage and pull them apart now, so that i can blast, and powdercoat them this weekend...i will buff them well i have them apart, and they should look brand new! thank you for all your help guys!
