| ok guys! just pulled them both apart! that was so fast! never done a works shock before....it was so freaking easy! wow! realy didnt expect it to go that smoothly! oh, and FYI fella's.... when i pulled the sleeve off, i saw that there were rung adjustments, for wieght...up and down if you wiegh more or less... this could save ous alot of money? buying warrior shocks cheap, and put them on your banshee? make your own wieght adjustments? |

| ok guys! just got the shocks re-assembled..... i ended up going with the purple.... cause i dont want to get a new shroud..... here is a before picture ![]() |
| ||||
| and here are some after pictures.... the shutter got stuck on the second one....and she is still dirty from my last ride.... i think it looks pretty good. you would never know they were off a warrior unless i told you! the ride is awsome! ![]() ![]() |

| Looks sweet man. Could you tell a difference in the ride height?

| yea... i could.... i noticed on the stock shock... the front hieght was the same wether i was sitting on it or not.... the shocks would compress when i hit a bumb, and when i hit a dip, they would bounce up, because they were already fully extended at normal cruzing speads...... i noticed that when i sit on the bike with the works shocks, the bike sinks slightly.... just a little... when i hit a pumb, the shocks flex, and when i hit a dip, they extend to absorb.... its deffinetly a nicer ride...i am happy with it.... but i would never pay full price for some new works shocks.... i dont think it makes that much of a difference. |

| Yeah mine already came with the works shocks with ressies so I don't really know the difference. I know that on my old Blaster I went from stock to Elka recs and I could tell a big difference. How much would you charge to blast and powdercoat my springs? I removed the covers and the paint is destroyed on mine.

| It's cool, I had to ask though. I'll probably just leave the covers on them until I can afford to get Elkas.
