Default first time with resevoir shocks

just put a set of pep shocks on my 88 310r, could anybody tell me a good pressure for a 200lb guy who trail rides?

thanks alot for any help

If you mean fill the rezzies with nitrogen, I think around 200psi...but I ain't for sure.
