Default Rear shock alittle soft, but not bottoming

I have a 92 Suzuki LT250r. The back shock is alittle soft. Im not really sure on what to do here, recharge or what. it doesnt bottom out at all, so im not sure. built for a 220 lb rider.

if it was just built for a 220 lb rider it shouldn't need a recharge. check the shock sag first. should be about an inch. then try the adjustments

well regardless to who it was built for, its too soft for anyone to ride, the sag IS about an inch, its just very soft for anyone. bouncy i should say. what kind of adjustments?

usually there is an adjustment on the shock itself. but if its that bouncy i bet you a recharge is in order. the way to tell is to push the stem valve on the rezzie. it should make a big gushing noise. if not its empty. but if you do this you will need to get it rechargd anyway.
