 On this particular one im trying a different method. my normal way of doing it is it plasma cut holes/lines and then clean the slag out of the inside.

| do they make expanded tubing? just a thought for the core. i might have to build me one, i hate cutting stainless even with a plasma. ssseemmms the thinner it is the bigher pain it is to cut
