Default burnt up clamp

04' banshee with T-5 Toomeys...need some help here...stingers are pushed as far forward as possible.....have bought 2 sets of the aluminum clamps ($60) plus for each....ouch....both sets of clamps have the high temp hose on the inside....orange rubber on the inside and green rubber on the outside of the hose that goes inside the metal clamp.....both sets have melted the orange rubber and the clamps come loose......any suggestions ??????

Return them. I bought a set but never got mine to fit right so I just use the stock clamps. Never had any problems with the stock clamps

I fried the stock black ones also......bike almost caught fire.....got so hot they just fell apart......how arout steel piece with 2 hose clamps ?????

The real question you need to answer is why is it getting so hot. I have t-6 and mine are fine with the stock clamps. It would sound like your jetting is off a little
