umm there was no blood and he was fine that was from x-games a couple years ago ........ scary but he was fine

The red on his helmet is not blood at all. It's the paint scheme on the helmet. And as bige said, I think that's from the Winter X Games a few years back. It looked bad, but the guy was fine.
