Let me look for you. I have a rebuild manual for about all the sleds produced from 70-80. Is this a scorpion whip?

umm there is no scopion whip 440. Its called a bull whipp 440. i also ride scorpion, what year is yours? and what fuel delivery system do u have? I've pretty much got this scorpion thing figured out.

i stand corrected, ty. I've been rebuilding a whip for a coupl months.Its near in completion. My local junk guy, sold me some parts and gave me some free info. The parts are good, oh well 1 out of 2 aint bad i guess.>> And do other carbs have welch plugs (besides the walbrough i scrapped), or just tillotson?>> and can u recomend a good (float) carb to eliminate the pumper? i hear a Mikuni BN would do....??
