I just got a rotax 339 cc motor and was wondering if it would work good a honda odyssey fl 250. I think I have all the parts except the CDI and possible the clutch. thanks

I think it would. Will have to drill new motor mount holes though and change the settings on the carb.

will work just fine. Just watch engine temperature.
