Need help with Carbs on Exciter II

I bought a used DG exhaust on ebay. They guy said I would probably have to rejet the carbs, now I can't get a response from the guy. It is a '91 Exciter II EX570, stock everything except the exhaust.

Is jetting required, what does the air screw need to be at? I know it is 1.25 turns out now.

Help is appreciated.
