I dont understand why. The track and stuff inside of it and stuff withh get loaded with sand and it wouldnt handle worth shit. It would over heat in like 3 seconds. Why dont you just drive a quad.

one thing to remember is the slides rely on snow as lubricant, aside from just getting torn up they could actually melt to the track, but other then that grease up everything get a big radiator and your good to go

i see someone with a rev ski-doo at silverlake almost everytime i am down there. also saw someone with an old dirt modified chassis with some sand paddles on the back....but thats a diff forum
