ski-doo guy is an unknown quantity at this point
Default Polaris Hater

I cannot stand these people who think that polaris is the best. earlier on I was reading a message on this guy who says he waxed a 800 ski-doo with a 600 polaris. that made me so mad that i joined this website and if that guy reads this i would like him to get a hold of me so we can race for pink slips, because i dought that any polaris he has can beat my summit 583 with a 800 triple in it with pipes.

Bring it on polaris lovers

I was posting in the thread that you are mentioning and trust me I laughed. Some people just don't know. I have been a Ski-doo guy from day one My dad has branched off and got a Yamaha SXViper which blew up and now he is back to Ski-doo. To me Ski-doo's just feel tight and strong. I feel like polaris is going to fall apart. The controls and everything feel really cheap and I would be afraid to break them off.

I have ridden everything from Artic Cat 800's, F7, Polaris XCR, to the Yamaha 1-TON. I just won't ride anything else but SKI-DOO. I don't care what other companies come out with they can go put a 1500cc 2-stroke and I still wouldn't buy it. Might ride it but thats about it.

Good post, lets just not bring in the mine is faster than your's we really try to stay away from that here. If you really want to race then hell do it up and let us know how it goes. Just no sense in internet racing

Ski-Doos are really a step above the rest with their newest design. It's like a quad on skis and a track.

i don't do much with snowmobiles, but it looked like he was talking a 600cc polaris vs. an 800cc ski-doo. but does it really matter either machince your gonna be able to go fast enough to not even feel it when you wreck and die.

Polaris_man I saw a guy we ride with destroy a polaris just by flipping it over so atleast the ski-doo made it 35 feet.

All I have to say is if you want to "INTERNET RACE" go somewhere else. It is fucking stupid and a waist of time. If you guys want to line up and race then do it. If you have proof about a polaris beating a ski-doo PROVE IT!! EITHER PUT UP OR SHUT-UP!!!

I've told people many times if you can't back up your trash talk by actually going to meet up with someone to prove it don't post it, it's a bunch of shit to sit behind a computer and brag about how fast your 2-stroke is. If you want to do that go to one of blowtraxx's sites they love that shit.

You are so right. There is no huge difference besides and 800 will start to walk away from a 600 around 40 then at 90-95 the 800 will be long gone.

Think about it would a 350 banshee be a match for a 550 banshee I think not unless the 350 was running a turbo and nitrous.

Plain and simple they both are fast I personally will take my 600 against any 800 in the trails in NH they are bumpy and tons of corners so my 600 I can just man handle around the corners. On a lake or a straight trail an 800 will blow the doors off of my 600. My MachZ 1000 will beat my 600 by about 100 feet in a 400 foot race.

i haven't snowmobiled since i was in college in the mid 90's, but arctic cats were my fav's at the time. my dad was a die-hard polaris guy though and had a new one every other year.

your ideaology is flawed.... a 350 banshee may beat a 550 banshee... bigger is not always better....... see a 550 would require alot hevier rotaing mass and without extensive machine work to bring the spinning mass back down to a similar weight the 550 would rev alto slower.. and in drag racing it's all about RPMS and traction......

highly built 350cc banshees on the right fuel can easily produce 100hp+....

same goes with just about any engine... v8's for example... 327ci chevys absolutly kill 350cis... all day long....
