Frame Repair? In So Cal??? LT500

Well after further inspection of my 88 LT 500 frame, I need some work done on the frame, I cant weld to save my azz, need to find some one that take out a few dings, a few cracks inspect the frame further for stress areas and gusseting if needed, I can smooth out all the fricken slag from the factory splatter and smooth out the welds, will the frame need to be sand blasted first? or just stripped then after all the welding stress relieve it ? bu blasting or heat annealing?
