| probably needs a rebuild you could try loosening the preload nuts and playing with the rebound adjustment clicker on the bottom of it to make it rebound faster, see if ti makes a difference, i bet it needs a rebuild though |

| yea that or find you a cheap used one on ebay or the forums or somewhere. probably cheaper than rebuilding.

| yeah ive messed with everything on there still slow goin back up.. did everything but mess with the bolt on the bottom of the ressie.. it did get a little better after i road it around the block and hit a few bumps..

| bolt on bottom of rezzie? compression is the dial next to the rezzie rebound is on the bottom below the spring |

| bolt on the bottom of the rezzi is for nitrogen charging.... bottom of the shock shaft controls rebound. all the way one way it will rebound like abucking bronco, turn it the other way it'll rebound like a snail. top of shock is the compression stroke. all the way one way = stiff as a board all the way the other = spongy. sounds like you may need to get the shock charged or get a new bladder since the one may be ripped
