PEP Steering Stabilizer

I just received my PEP Steering Stablizer from Valley Cycle Accessories for my 2001 Blaster and you've gotta be kidding me with these LAME installation instructions! Can anyone assist?

damn whats with everyone buying steering stabilzers. I have a roll design stem and that took a lot of shake out. Is that what the stabilzer does.

yeah, let me warn you now, F*CK that shit, i broke mine, and had it on for about 30 minutes. sure it could have been installed wrong, but they sure as hell didn't help installing it right...
