Clean your carb number 1. How much has the tempature changed from when it was running good to now bogging? You might have to go down on your main jet I think. The other possibility would be that your main jet is clogged with dirt or something. So clean the carb really good take all the jets out and soak them in carb cleaner. Then look thru all of them to make sure they are clean and no crap in them. then put it back together and see how it runs if it is still bogging my guess is your main jet is to big and flooding the motor.

I never took a carb apart before, do you think if i took it apart i could put it back together if i remmember the way it goes back in??? is it as hard as people make it seem??? and it also got a bit warmer out
Also how do i tell my main from my other jets and could i possibly screw anything up with trial and error in this situation???

A carb on an LT250R is childs play. There are VERY few pieces in it and zero little parts that go "ping!" when you take it apart. Even the schematic in the manual makes it look more complicated than it really is.

The main jet is the big one in the center, the low jet is a small needle shaped one inside a hole next to the main. They are both brass, you can easily see the main you have to look hard inside the hole to see the slotted tip of the low jet.

BTW....there are only 2 moving parts inside your carb bowl area. The float and the needle controlled by the float. If you have seperate floats, you have 4 moving parts but still only 2 that you'll have to mess with.

yes the slow speed(low) jet just unscrews. you will need a skinny flat blade screwdriver to unscrew it.
