Default Big Bore kit for lt250r?

Maybe i've been looking in the wrong places but the only big bore kits for a 250r that i can find are for hondas. Does anyone make a big bore kit for a 92 lt250r?

BTW, here are 3 pics of my 92 that i got about a month ago for $1200. I've cleaned it up a bit, but much hasn't changed since i got it. Couldn't pass up this quad for the price.

Click on the pics to see larger......

I was wondering the same thing when it was time to rebuild my old 86 engine. All I could find was a 2.00 over piston. I had a 400ex with a 87mm piston and the 440 piston was 89 so I figure it was as close as I could get to a bigbore since the 89mm was 3.00 over stock. If you find something let me know. By the way how does you zuk stack up against other quada I just got an 88 engine for my 86 and I'm wondering how much imporvement to expect over the 86.

I havn't had a chance to take it to the dunes yet, so i'm not sure how it stacks up against others in the sand but..... I have rode with a few friends and it keeps right up with a raptor 660 and z400. Raced the z400 in grass and i was able to beat it along with his friends stock 400ex. The raptor was quick but we didn't race. When he would get on it i was able to stay right behind him and not fall back at all, so i cant really say how much faster than him i was.

What is the largest pison size that can be put in a stock 92 cylinder. 69 or 70mm?

Wiseco makes up to a 69mm for the suzuki which is .080 over. I dont know off the top of my head but I think an additional amount could be obtained possibly with the use of a honda piston but I dont know how thin that would make the sleeve. You can buy bigger sleeves and have the cylinder resleeved, or send the crank off and have it stroked.

The 69mm is the largest from wiseco but I believe its 2.00 over not .80

its easier nad makes more sense ans more power to stroke it rather than just bore it to increase displacment ,although for the quadracers your kinda fuct because there isnt a production stroker crank being sold off shelves that im aware of

Yep the big bore is a waste for increased hp unless you pay for some real porting. A good port job is the best place to start, the LT's have some pussy stock layouts. There is a good amount of power to be gained in there without going bigger.
