engine oil question

how many quarts of oil does a 92 lt250r hold? I just recently got my quad and this is the first time im changing the oil. Also what else do you recommend to do to a quad that has been sitting all winter?

there should be a marking on the case where you pour oil in. I believe its 900ml - just under one quart.


if its been sitting all winter - cleaning the carb couldnt hurt. Otherwise, as long as nothings wrong you should be in good business.

Give it fresh mix of gas, ide take a very light grout sand paper and clean up the clutch plates. Clean the carb. Right next to the oil fill cap it says how many mL to put in.
