lt250r wont idle

this thing fires up on 1-3 kicks after sitting, no matter how long. Will idle for about 30 seconds until it starts to get warm, then wont idle anymore. Idle screw is turned all the way in. Its an '86 bored to a 270 wiseco piston, uni air with air box lid on, 38mm mikuni flatslide carb, ported and polished cylinder. Need to know where to go from here!
