| I did my zilla frame with 2 bags but the paint was damned near rotted off anyway. Most places will buy back unopened bags. Auto paint works real nice but powdercoat lasts near forever.

| The sandblasting of a frame usually takes me 3-4 hours to get all the paint and rust off and do a really nice job. I usually use about 3-4 bags of sand to. The best sand is dried play sand from Lowes. It says play sand on the bag in green and the bag is semi-clear. It works perfectly. I used automotive paint on my frame with 2 coats of primers, 3 of color, and 2-3 of clear. Its holding up well to rust but it will nick easily if you hit it with something. Thats the only down side.

| well i don't have a Lowes in a 100 mile radius here. lol. But there is a contractor that sells sandblasting sand for like 5 bucks for a 100lb bag. i'll pick up a tree bags and start from there. I think i'm going to just go get it powder coated. front bumper, motor mounts and frame. i'm gonna call on the price monday. i'm guessing its gonna be around 200

| Well the bags I used were 50lb bags. 84 Lumber also carries them if you have one of those. Maybe even home depot. But actually what your talking about is better because in the end its cheaper. I would just get two bags of it and do it. And you might ask your powder coater how much they charge to do it because they can do it better and quicker.

| Well since its that high I would do it myself. Sucks about the cracked case. It could be welded by a local shop for pretty cheap I would imagine. There are even people on the site you could send it to and have it fixed for a fair price. All it takes is some cash and time. Good luck.
