I used Krylon Black on my friends CR 250 over a year ago. Its still on there with very minimal chipping. I used krylon clear coat on it too(about five coats). The good thing about spray paint is you can touch it up if you screw it up riding

right now i'm trying that krylon paint on my frame...the blue paint is a real close color to the stock frame paint... as of right now i'm debating on sandblasting the damn thing or just gonna wire brush it and just prime it and paint it....i did my foot begs without sand blasting and they look great... i haven't got the clear coat yet..but i'm sure i'll be getting that and doing that too...if it doesn't hold up the rest of the summer i'll powdercoat it this winter..the powdercoat shop and a month before he could even get it in the shop..and it cost 250 bones

The clear coat makes a big difference. I used aircraft paint remover on the frame to get the old shit off.

I used a single stage urethane automotive paint on my trike and it looks perfect but it takes lots of prep, and everything has to be very clean to get it to adhere well

I am just about to paint some parts of my frame with PJ1 frame paint. I was going to brush and sand the parts that need touching up. I will let you know how it goes.

has anyone tried the anodized blue kit on there frame, ive done a few valve covers with it, that would look killer on the frame, but not sure how duable it is. its duplicoler and its chemical resistant, but i dont know about abuse. when you strip the frame is it easy to polish out to a semi shine? if you spray the anaodized paint on a shiny surface its really crazy looking.
