| the zuke's are bad about the right side counterbalancer bearing getting loose in the case! unfortunatly the only way to fix this is to replace the cases! the cases stretch and the bearing is not tight in the hole anymore causing vibration and makes the cases even looser! and ALL 3 dots have to line up for the counterbalancer! get a service manual if you are not sure!! hope this helps!

| My lt started to vibrate real bad when my rod bearing went out... But that could just be a worst case scenario... Its probably just something with the counterbalancer... |

| I've sheared the key on the counterbalance shaft 3 times. It vibrated big time! You gotta pull the clutch cover and clutch basket, then check for alignment first. Then check that key.

| thanks for the input - i honest didnt think of the possibility of a sheared key. my fingers are crossed for that or own self douschery in assembling things and missing the third dot. I cant afford cases or bearings..... Thanks everyone. |
