| You need to bolt the flange onto the jug make sure there is a gasket between the two. Then take some high temp silicone / rtv / gasket maker or whatever and stick it on the flange where the pipe should slide over. Slide the pipe on, hook up the spring, bolt it all down, and start it up and do a leak check on it you may need to let it idle a little bit to get it to seal properly. I like to use the copper gasket maker myself on the flange but I am sure others have their preferences. Hopefully this helps you out man!!!

| ok so i dont need to buy any more parts do i cause i bought the pipe used like 5 times for cheap and i dont know if its missing any flange mounts or what?

| do you have the original flange on there still? Check it it should work a dg will mount on an fmf flange just fine

| the stock pipe doesn't use a flange. its part of the pipe. you can make one, there not really that hard. just get a piece of pipe that fits in the fmf and weld a mounting plate to it, and a loop for the springs and your all set. |
