ok so i finally got motivated since i cant cut my fenders off tonight as some of you might have read in my fender trimming thread so i tore my bike apart to start the resto process so heres some pics so far...







im guessing those divits arent suposed to be there i guess some dumb ass did it splitting the case...

Looking good, I remember those days. Try and get some degreaser cleaner to get alot of that dirt & grime off all the parts bemfore you start stripping. How long are you planning to spend before you get it painted and back together. If I remember right it took me about 4-5 months before I got her back to a rolling chassis.

I'm going on a month and a half myself its more of a money issue now I'm getting into the expensive stuff (suspension) but it will definitely be worth it once you get it done and you're smoking 450's on a quad that looks and runs better and more efficiently for half the price!!!

itll probably be a 3 monther i hope not longer than that were suposed to be headed back to the dunes the last weekend of july...so hopefully thats all it takes...
