Question Front end Alignment (tow in or out?)

Best alignment for the sand?? or hardpack?? Tow In, tow out?? how much?? Has anyone ever grinded down the stock top A arms (where the ball joint bolts in) to give the LT more negative camber?? I had to when i got a used aarm(Painted white) had been poorly welded to the ball joint. I grinded the ugly weld off & got the ball jont off and made the other side even which changed the camber(u can kinda it see from the pic)Just wondering how this would effect the suspension geometry. I had max out my tie rods and the best alignment i could get is about -3/4" toe in difference from front of tire to back of tire.

Toe in on the front should be no more than 1/4 inch in.As your suspension compressess it pushes the front toe outwards. That is how it is set from factory...............

Try this:
Where the tie rod balljoints connect to the knuckle, they bolt onto a small metal piece first. Take this metal piece & flip it upside down & to the oppisite side.
There will be less Toe in/Tow out though out the travel range....

Over at QRHQ they have this write up:

They also have one for the Camber:

Thanks for the info. Never woulda thought of that and it saved me some headaches or arm-aches if i had rode with -1" tow in and no further adjustment on my control arms.
