RM250 jug on a '86?

I finally got the money to fix up my LT. First order of business is to find a jug. I seem to recall seeing somewhere on here that a RM250 jug will work but I can't remember the correct year. I may be wrong it's been awhile since I've been on this site and my search doesn't work so I haven't found anything yet, I they do fit I would hope it would be easier to find or cheaper.

i think you can put the 1986 topend of a rm250 onto a 1987 lt, the 86 lt is a case reed while the rm's werent.

I seem to remember that a '84 RM jug would fit the 85-86? Dunno though been awhile.

i dont think so none of em are case reed and i dont think that would work smacking that one together but idk.
