yes i beleive so. doesnt seem to slip. if it slipped wouldn't the motor rev high but not get any speed? it seem to engage correctly and grap like it should.

i beleive i have found the problem, the moron i bought the quad from broke the bearing race/holder inside the cluth cover. so he decided to take out the governor and thrust washer and bearing that the governor rides on. so the power valve doesnt open. if any body has any of these parts they would like to sell i could use them.
