| my quad is basically stock bored out a little... i got the bike cheap and was thinking about just buying a new carb but wondering which one would be the best to go with. i was thinking maybe K-39PWK-AS Keihin 39mm PWK Carburetor? |

| I would get a Kehin 38 airstryker for a mostly stock machine...

| those are good but the mukuni 37 flat slides are great for bottom and mid 38 or 39 kehinis are more for top end.. the lt with the power valve builts great bottom if you build on the bottom to mid.... helps to get the 4 pokers out of the hole makes them play ketch up ...

| id take a 38mm aristryker ,very responisve off lowend and still large amount of available cfm for a 250 thats ported its a carb you can grow with

| These are pretty large carbs for an almost stock engine, what year lt do you have? I do belive that the 1st gen lt had a 32mm hthen 87+ had a 34mm. I would not go higher than the 38mm... It would be hard to get the velocity of air those carbs are made for out of your engine. However, if you plan on building this engine I would still stimck with the 38mm Air Stryker...
