LT250 Wierd problem

Ya I drove it around the rest of the day and I took it on trip around all of the trails which was a good 6 hour drive (with breaks of course) and it hasnt done it again. After it did it i pulled all the carb apart and it was clean as a whistle. The bolts on the head were not tightend down properly which messed up the head gasket, could this be the problem? I will try the starting fluid thing.
