 Quad Racer won't turn over I was parking my quad today and when I went to put into neutral I heard a clunk noise. Now it will not roll over. What could be wrong? Edit: Should I try to push start it? Last edited by Suzuki07; 05-30-2008 at 12:50 AM.      |

| The kick starter won't budge |

| Pull the clutch cover off and check out the kick starter shit.... I don't think a ring would make a clunk noise... Will it still shift through all the gears?

| When you pull the clutch cover off and if the kickstarter assembly looks good it will be in the cylinder.whatever you do do not force the piston to move you can have a snagged ring or broken piston skirt wedged in the bottem end below the crank.If the kicker checks out than pull the cylinder head off and look in if you see damage pull the jug and inspect what happened.let us know what you find

| I took the exhaust and intake off to look at the piston and the piston is shattered. Then I took the cylinder head and jug off and the crank shaft is seized. |
